Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern video editing, motion graphics, and post-production services provided by Oryx Cut Studio to clients ("Client").

1. Scope of Work & Services

All project specifications—including deliverables, turnaround times, aspect ratios, color workflows, and sound design scope—will be agreed upon prior to project initiation via written communication (email or messaging platforms).

2. Payments & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) may be required before project production commences.
Final, unwatermarked video assets will be delivered upon receipt of the remaining balance.
Payment schedules and accepted payment methods will be defined in the individual project proposal or invoice.

3. Revisions & Feedback

Projects include a standard number of revision rounds (usually 2 rounds), provided they fall within the initial project scope.
Substantive changes to the original brief, script, or style after editing has commenced will incur additional fees.
Feedback must be provided in a clear and consolidated manner within 5 business days of draft delivery.

4. Copyright & Ownership

Client Materials: The Client warrants that all raw footage, branding, audio, and graphics provided to Oryx Cut Studio do not infringe upon any third-party rights.
Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, full commercial usage rights for the final edited video assets are transferred to the Client.
Portfolio Rights: Unless explicitly restricted by a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), Oryx Cut Studio reserves the right to showcase completed works or excerpts in showreels and online portfolios.

5. Deadlines & Delays

Oryx Cut Studio is not liable for delays caused by slow Client response times, late delivery of raw footage, or unforeseen technical force majeure events.
